The Homeless Coalition Project, SJSU, Fall 1998
Compiled, refined and formalized all individual case exercises into a single cohesive report document.  Designed and installed a new system analysis.

Donor Projects, SJSU, Fall 1999
Designed and implemented a database for donor database.  The database kept information about donors, pledges, and payments for a non-profit organization.  Then wrote codes to compute balance due for pledge after a payment was enter.  Generated payment coupons for installments, and many more.

Order Fulfillment System For Signs, Inc., SJSU, Fall 1999
Description of the current business problem.  Proposed a new system including Data Flow Diagrams, System Flowchart, Workflow Diagrams, and Object Relationship Models by using Visio.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Operation Systems: Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT.
Software: Experiences include installing and maintaining generalizes computer applications like Microsoft Office 97 and 2000, FileMaker Pro.
Experience with Small Business Server, Microsoft Exchange Server and NT server.
